Homeowner/ designer Bill Cook and architect Michael Faust created a mountain home from a mix of architectural styles from across the Appalachian region, as well as from details reminiscent of antique storybook illustrations to evoke a magical feeling. Do you enjoy the tour of this gorgeous home? Personally, I love the designer's refreshing take on this tastefully decorated mountain home. The stonework and the woodwork in this house is simply amazing. The foyer was inspired by Goldilocks And The Three Bears and the "lady's guest room" was inspired by Little Red Riding Hood.
