Designer, Sandy Goodkinds had summer vacations in Stony Creek for many years before she and her husband decided it was time to make it their year-round home. Working with architect, Tony Terry, they transformed the 1970s ranch with a lot of small rooms into a home with an open floor plan. Sandy picked a calming blue and neutral palette for the interiors so that the eyes will be focused on the beautiful water views instead. Let's take a tour of this lovely home below.
What do you think of this home? Are you drawn to any of the rooms? This designer shows a great talent for putting together a beautiful home using mostly neutrals. I can't help but noticed that she is a fan of oversized mirrors, are you a fan as well?
